Overview
Our group of five people was tasked with developing a user experience solution for a camp named Vinewood, which was looking to improve its website by reimagining the way users engage with their content. The camp mainly serves children between the ages of 7-14, offering both winter and summer, indoor and outdoor activities. Wanderlust collaborates with healthy snack brands and promotes their products at the camp. Additionally, the camp offers activities for families and hosts special events for Thanksgiving Day.
Problem
Vinewood Camp's website needs to better engage children aged 7-14, their families and potential partners. The current site does not effectively showcase activities, special events, or healthy snack partnerships. Our task is to make the website more appealing and user-friendly to enhance overall engagement.
Our approach
To address the problem, our group focused on creating an effective site map for Vinewood Camp's website. We then individually researched and developed three user personas, each representing a key user group. For each persona, we created detailed user flows to ensure the website meets their needs and enhances engagement.
